Epidrol and Halodrol could cause shin pumps which will make running difficult. Besides that point oral steroids don't really help in endurance anyway. Drive and RPM will. Having a baby girl :)

Not really directly to do with your question, but get yourself a weights belt, 20-30ft of rope and an old car tyre, strap the rope around the belt and tyre, the belt around you and do 20 - 30 metre fast as you can sprints followed by 20 -30 metre jogs on grass pulling the tyre, did wonders for improving my 100m times
