Thought i should start taking note of my workouts and what better way to do it than by this!!Todays workout was shoulders and triceps,don't usually do these together but though i'd give it a go today. Heres a list of exercises and weights and reps,did quite a long workout as was waiting to get picked up!! Hammer strength shoulder press: 60kg(10),80kg(8),100kg(6),105kg(5) Close grip bench press: 60kg(10),80kg(10),90kg(10),100kg(8) Lateral shoulder raises: 14kg(10),16kg(10),18kg(8) Tricep pushdown (rope): 50kg(10),75kg(8),90kg(6) Cable front shoulder raises:10kg(10),15kg(10),20kg(6) Skullcrushers: 35kg(10),40kg(10),45kg(8) Reverse pec flye: 70kg(8),84kg(8),91kg(6) Behind the neck smith machine shoulder press: 60kg(10),70kg(8),80kg(6) Tate press: 16kg(10),18kg(10),20kg(8) Shrugs behind the back using hammer strength chest press: 100kg(10),140kg(10),180kg(8) Quite a tough workout and feeling drained now,Any questions about routine and diet and that then give me a shout.
Bench - 135kg Deadlift - 210kg Squat - 150kg Total= 495kg @ 90kg
