New Routine - 10 July 2008 17:14
Hi all

As im sure a lot of people are im a little guilty of over training,especialls when on a cycle.Im just about to start a new 12 week cycle and was thinking of doing this three day split

Sunday,Back,biceps,Traps

Wednesday,chest,Shoulders

Thursday,legs

Im hoping this routine will give me the intensity and especially rest needed to grow.

What about triceps?

If your going for a push/pull/legs split I would opt for.

Monday - Back/Biceps

Wednesday - Chest/Triceps

Friday - Legs/Shoulders


Edit just noticed you are using different days.

Sunday - Back/Shoulders

Wednesday - Chest/Triceps

Thursday - Legs/Biceps

Bench - 95kg (at 62kg)
Deadlift - 120kg (at 62kg)
Squat - 100kgx5 (at 62kg)
Front Squat - 92.5kg (at 62kg)

sorry two tri excercises with chest shoulders,straight bar pressdown and lying ez bar extension.
