to stay taking fat burners(eca) to keep the fat off and gain muscle/size or do u have to pile the weight on 1st then cut up?im thinking about gaining lean muscle and limiting the fat,as opposed to going backwards now i ve managed to get the body fat down, what do most people do after ripping up for summer?

Adjust diet according to what's happening in the mirror. If you're not gaining - increase cals. If you find yourself adding too much fat, eat less.
