That's 78gms protein per 100gms of product. Reflex are a quality brand mate, can't go wrong. MP do a similar version of Instant Whey called True Whey which is slightly cheaper but I've always been impressed with reflex stuff, doesn't cost the earth too

That'll be between 25 and 35 g per serving. Depends on the size of the serving really. Instant Whey has 78% protein. If you are comparing protein content then compare by %. Oh, and IMO/IME it's good stuff.

Yes, yes I would. If someone offered me the h&B stuff for free, I wouldn't take it. If they offered me that plus a teener I still wouldn't! There are a lot of quality brands out there, Reflex being one, there's also a lot of great sites and brands affiliated to Muscletalk, check them out mate and see who has the best deals/products! Personally, I go for the bulk providers - Allin1/MyProtein to save the pennies, but they are still quality, Allin1 being a sister company of Reflex!

Seems to get a really bad press on here but surely it's cheap enough in the sale for those who don't like using the internet for purchases. Many people only use whey as a PWO supp anway. Never tried it myself though.

It;s not that bad except for the taste it's not the best tasting stuff out there, but yeah if it's on special offer then it's good enough, although I have only ever tried their chocolate whey.
