Sounds revolting, doesn't it?

Wrong!

It's bloody marvellous.

OK, one sweetheart cabbage - sliced finely.
A couple of carrots - grated.
Handful of pumpkin seeds.
A glug of good EV olive oil.
A tablespoon of plain yoghurt.
Juice of half a lemon.
Good sprinkle of Maldon Sea Salt.

Combine all of the above in a big bowl - use your hands; it's way easier.

Serve with spicy grilled meats.

Ten thousand glorious years.

I like the idea of pumpkin seeds in it I'd have to put onion in it though, I'm an onion-addict My Story Female Member of The Year '07!
