please reveiw bulking diet

i am about to start a bulk and have been advised to take roughly 3500cals per day but i was just wondering how much protein, carbs and fats this breaks down to. have put together a diet, please let me know what you think. i currently weigh 73.5kg and am 183cm. i would like to bulk up for the next 6 months and put on some serios size then just before next summer go on a serious cut. thanks alot for any help breakfast - 50g of porridge with 300ml of semi skimmed milk 3 hard boiled egg whites 1 bannana calories - 680 carbohydrates - 70g protein - 37g fat - 12g pre-workout - 150g of wholmeal pasta 1 tin of tuna 1 cup of grapes calories - 700 carbs - 120g protein - 40g fat - 10g post-workout- 1 meal replacement 1 apple calories - 1000 carbs - 170g protein - 50g fat - 11g dinner - 2 chicken breats (200g) 1 jacket potato steamed vegtables calories - 300 carbs - 21g protein - 50g fat - 5g evening - 1 meal replacment 1 pear calories - 1000 carbs - 170g protein - 50g fat - 11g total calories - 3630 carbs - 535 protein - 230g fat 50g

Change the jacket potato for sweet potato. What meal replacement you using. Looks to be excessive on the carb intake. Also, add some fats from whole foods -> nuts, oily fish, avocado.

pointless going on a serious bulk and getting fat only to cut down again and be left with the same amount of mass you started with Get the basics down mate, protein rich foods with every meal, slow carbs, plenty of veg, get in your healthy fats and dont worry too much about meal frequency, aim for around 2-3lbs a month weight gain if youre new to this. If you start getting pudgy then add in some cardio and reduce portion sizes a little
