dont your college have a gym? my old one did i used to go to that and do a bit at home. that bench would be ok for that weight. dont think so col ill try get dad to buy the bench i read how people prefer free weights to machines , does this use free weights and will it make any difference?

free weights use balance muscles to keep form propley, with machines it isolates the muscle and it dont use balance muscles. i personaly use machines and free weights, so one week ill do flys with dumbells then the next on the machine. worth going to the sports centre at your college seeing if they got a gym, it only cost us 5pound for a year

yes his form is very good, im not sure if you be able to stack weight on that much that why i say do it slower and hold at half way point, you will feel it more. try not swing your body back much, sometimes i dont at all when doing it slow and hold, feel it really burn
