Try to keep your veg varied, it stops it from becoming too boring. I eat green beans, spinach, cabbage and artichokes (at least I think they come under veg????)

Carrots,cauliflower,brussels,kale,spinach,turnips,butternut squash[I think] onions,mushrooms,sweetcorn theres so many mate keep going til you find something you like. Oh yeh tomato's  beetroot,cucumber.
