As far as endurance / strength goes, does anybody use high rep ranges on here? 150 / 300 reps +?
Or have any points to make regarding this kind of workout?

I am still reading the ebooks by Dragan and Rajko Radovic regarding the training with high rep ranges and I am finding some very useful information contained within the pages.

I intend to do a 50 mile hill hike next year and also improve my off-road mountain biking aswell as enter a few tough-man competitions and I feel this would definitely benefit these activities.

I am currently using the FrankieNY 5X5 routine again and have already seen improvements in body shape and performance, but a high rep range workout is something I have been thinking of incorporating for some time now.

So, I will probably alternate the FrankieNY 5x5 with the Fitness 4X4 program of Dragan.
6'5" Natural
Squats - 114Kg
Bench Press - 74Kg
Deadlifts - 157Kg
All 5X5
