Well nice as well!

I second this, very nice. I modifed mine slightly though to get about 25g protein, 3 gram carbs and 11 grams fat per bar. I find them best when they've sat in the fridge for at least a day to set properly. Might stick em in the freezer first for a bit next time.

Hi guys, they look awesome and would love to crack on and make some, but I dont like nuts. Dont suppose someone can recommend how to replace these ingredients for alternatives but still keep the carbs low?

Don't like any nuts at all? There's probably some you like just havn't tried yet. A bag of mixed nuts isn't that nice imo but brazil nuts, almonds and cashews all taste nice to me. You'll probably just have to do a bit of trial and error. Failing that, try adding desicated coconut instead. Not sure how it'd come out though as when i added the coconut i still had the nuts in as well.

Johnny's No-Carb Protein Bar

Take one large steak (sirloin or ribeye for taste).
Season with salt and pepper.
Fry for no more than two minutes on each side using a very hot pan with a knob of butter.
Leave on plate for a couple of minutes to rest.
Cut into bar-shapes with sharp steak knife.
Eat.
Ten thousand glorious years.

Dunno, you'd probably have to go with a bit of trial and error. Or try hemp seeds linseeds or something similar instead of nuts?
