Cut your onions and peppers finer, also add some breadcrumbs to help bind them.

I agree does look very pale, howev er the first pic with the packaging shows it's beef. Not sure I like the look of those. My burgers usually come out looking... well like burgers usually look. But all that matters is you liked them I've never had to use any egg or bread crumbs to keep them together. Trick is to really mush the mince together to start with so it looks nothing like it did to begin with. More like one mush lol. Then add all the ingredients, mix in and form in to burgers. I'm doing swedish meatballs tonight :) Same process really. Burgers are rpound and flat, meat balls are balls lol. p.s. I always grill or bbq when I do these. Tastes miles better IMO.

Haha you and your pics, brill As mentioned above, I would suggest slicing your onions and peppers a lot finer, into small pieces. Great effort though

Would blending all the ingrediants together help them stick together?

Might be an idea to blend the veg to get it as small as possible but not sure about the mince. Give it a go, see what happens

ORIGINAL: Big_Dick Cut your onions and peppers finer, also add some breadcrumbs to help bind them. x2, aslo instead of breadcrumbs you could try some flour, will keep em together and give a nice crispy finish.

ORIGINAL: FrankenJim Mate They tasted better than they looked! Yummy. With the bacon and egg on top i would say aorund 35G protein per burger. Christ, these look like they were made with Weetabix and Fruit Gums. Like everyone else has said, try slicing the onions very finely. Also, once you've squished the patties into shape, stick them on a plate, cover them, and pop them in the fridge for an hour. They'll remain cohesive without needing breadcrumbs or egg.
Ten thousand glorious years.

Asda also do an extra lean mince at less than 5% fat, the 2 for £7 is a good deal though, it goes a LONG way! You've done what I do all the time, make 3 decent size ones and only have a bit left over for a proper small burger lol
