hers some pics of 6ft Martin Kjellstrom 9.5 weeks out of the Atlanta pro, hes currently weighing 319lbs(145kg)

Why do the sides of his belly bulge out like that? Is it fat? If so, how come you can see his abs?

his supposed pre contest diet...

# Meal
1 Middle of night: 40g Whey Isolate and 40g Casein.

2 40g of oatmeal, 10 egg whites, 40g Whey Isolate and 40g Casein.

Sleep for 1 hour

3 Pre-workout: 40g Whey Isolate and 40g Casein.

Workout: 1 hour weight training and 1 hour cardio.

4 Post-workout: 160g Virtargo (carbs), 110g Whey Isolate, Creatine & L-Glutamine.

5 Chicken breast and veggies.

6 40g Whey Isolate and 40g Casein.

7 Chicken breast and veggies.

8 40g Whey Isolate and 40g Casein.

9 Chicken breast and veggies.

Workout 2: 1 hour weight training and 1 hour cardio.

10 Post-workout: 160g Virtargo (carbs), 110g Whey Isolate, Creatine & L-Glutamine.

11 300 to 400g red meat and veggies.

Quite often excess fluid retained in the intestinal tract and organs.
Sometimes caused by overuse of igf-releasing medications such as gh and, er, igf.
Not always though - sometimes it's simply intestinal bloating, usually from fermenting carbs.

Eat carbs that agree with you. It's often gluten/wheat/oats based stuff that sets those prone to it off.
If you're not prone it will never be an issue.
I can be shredded, eat a single oat-rolled flapjack and have a 7 month baby appear in my guts 10 minutes later - this is linked to the disappearance of my wife who sees the belly, holds her nose, and runs.

He definately ate all his vegtables like his mum told him then probably her aswell for dessert he is massive. When you get that big is cutting done soley on diet and gear ? I cant imagine that when your carrying that much mass you can do much cardio to burn it off.

They need correspondingly less cardio thanks to the extra metabolic demands of the tissue which simply chomps calories away all day.
However, they are usually capable of doing cardio - look at some of the 300-350lb strongmen at how cardiovascularly fit they are.

He is A MONSTER !!!!!!!! DAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So much for 300g Protein there must be 600g there? Also blows that theroy of your body can only Absorb 40g protein per meal ! lol
