Hi mate, found your high protein low carb fudge bars that look the business. Only problem is that I dont like peanuts or almonds (any nuts). So from this ingredient list you posted:

100 grams of Quark
50 grams of Whole Earth Peanut Butter
50 grams of Almonds
115 grams of St Ivel Gold lowest fat spread
2 packets of Sugar Free Strawberry Jelly
180 grams of whey protein.

What can I replace the peanut butter and almonds with to still be able to make these bars but still keep the carbs low, think you quoted it at 3g per bar?
