Wide stance Squats or Leg Presses. Clock Lunges Any reason why you're looking at targetting this particular muscle?

Any reason why you don't squat (I've just had a peek at Pg1 of your journal) Also, 300kg Leg Press but 9kg dumbbell lunges. Something wrong there!

ive only started dumbbell lunges very recent and am trying to perfect my stability on them and form, I have also dropped my leg press back to 250kg and doing them much much deeper, as far as squat goes I plan to start them again shortly, at present I dont have a spotter thats why I do hack squats simply because they are safer.

Ok, so adjusting foot position to a wider stance on Leg Press and Hack Squats will put more emphasis on the inner thighs. You'll also find the glutes will be worked more too. As for Clock Lunges, instead of taking a step forwards then back to the start position, so your front foot it at 12 o'clock each time as per normal lunges, you'll work your way round an imaginary clock face with each rep. So for the right leg you'll go 12 o'clock, 1, 2. The back foot will pivot to face towards the leading knee, the front will still faces forwards but you take a slightly wider (though not longer) step each rep. No need for specific inner thigh isolations like those abominations that are adductor machines that middle aged women seem to enjoy using.
