Moving to a mass building diet - Opinions please - 13 July 2008 22:21
This is my first attempt at moving to a mass builing diet from my cut. Will monitor and change as required.

6am - 80g oats + raisins + 1/2 banana
35g whey protein
vitamins etc.

6.45am - TRAIN

8.15am - PWO 35g whey + 40g dextrose + glutamine

9.00am - 330g sweet potato + 1 tin tuna + cottage cheese

11.30am - 120g chicken + 150g sweet potato + green veg

2.00pm - 130g turkey + 4 oat cakes + 1/2 apple + green veg

4.30pm - 120g chicken + 1/2 avocado + green veg

7.00pm - 130g chicken + 50g brown rice + green veg

10.00pm - 35g casein + flaxseed + 30g mixed nuts


Any opinions please, let me know. I will monitor - might need to increase carbs.

looks good to me

make sure you're getting sufficient omega 3 from the flaxseed

got a lot of green veg in there which is good but try to eat different colors for a variety of nutrients

i'd eat the other half of your apple coz it wont last
