Pre workout - 13 July 2008 23:06
i work lates so i wake up at 10a.m & i train at 11a.m for my breakfast i eat 2 bananas & a glass of semi-skimmed milk is this sufficent to fuel my workout or should i think about changing it to something else?

No where near enough if you're looking to increase size/strength or even retain any mass.

You need far more in every macronutirent category.

Get stuck into the diet artices (as well as some eggs and oats).

I really carn't eat anything too big as it bloats me out & then i feel crap when i get into the gym

you need protein in there, if you cant stomach a solid source at least have a protein shake and more carbs

do i stick with the 2 bananas & a glass of milk & just add a couple of raw eggs then? will this be more acceptable am i getting enough carbs & energy from this then? or would i be best to get a protien shake down me? if so which one?

Dont eat raw eggs, only LEW. Add some whey instead, carbs from bananas should be enough depends on your needs tho, it wouldnt hurt to have some weetabix or similar with your milk and banana's.
