ORIGINAL: UnitedRoad i've been training on and off for about 8 years now. Been MIA for last 18 months and recently getting back into it. I've got my diet back to the oldskool and loving my training. I do weights 4 times a week and cardio on off days. My calorie intake is quiet high as im trying to build mass but at the same time doing cardio to limit amount of fat I gain. I've always had different opinions with this kind of stuff but am I ok doing Cardio on the same day as weights session? i.e Cardio AM and Weights PM?? Or will i be burning carbs which wll be needed for my session.
