forget weight gainer you need 6 good solid meals a day. eat every 3 hours
3000 cals, 200g protein, plenty of complex carbs.. wholewheat pasta, wholegrain rice, wholemeal bread, sweet potatoe etc.
train hard, plenty of rest and you will grow
in the gym you should always do weights first, then cardio... not the other way round like you are atm
cardio will use energy that you could be using to grow. if you wanna get bigger maybe cut down on the cardio
