not worth the money, save yourself afew quid and dont bother. If you want a kick before training try coffee, more effective than the Slam i had.

been using them a bit myself.feel a tingle in my face after about 10 mins! as to if it helps training,not sure really as i nornally take some caff plus eph.if you want to try them you can buy single shots on ebay

i'd go for the DY NOX pump or RPM from AP

i've been RPM over two workouts now and the buzz is similar to DY NOX, thankfully in cap form so you dont have to put up with the NOX taste lol

Got a sample of slam and nox on their way so will test them both and see which one I respond to better.

Found that Pulse from MP doesnt effect me anymore :(

I tried pro slam did nothing for me havent tried DY nox yet but something that did work for me was shotgun no taste is bad tho.
