Your diet isnt great at all mate you need to look at that first. I try to aim for:

1.5 grams protein per lb bodyweight
2-3 grams clean carbs per lb bodyweight
1 gram clean fats per lb bodyweight

Im slowly but surely after along lay off getting back to where I want to be. You need to get rid of the crisps and biscuits and replace them with something better. When I feel like a snack I have a Pro Flapjack or Pro XS bar. Also, Holland and Barrett stuff is not renowned for being great, have a look for something to replace that too if you can.

Forget counting figures as they mean nothing. The best bet is to look at things from a food point of view.

Post a 'typical' day's diet here and we'll comment on it and try to look at some budgeting too
