help me turn this around-disordered eating - 14 July 2008 20:41
ok so i used to know - kind of - what to do nutrition-wise BUT i have seriously lost my way........from reading posts i know i'm not the only one to suffer with disordered eating and so i'm asking for help !!

my weight remains steady and ok for my height/build due to a combination of not eating anything at all and bingeing. since i do train hard i really want to see what i can achieve if i can crack the bad habits. The problem is that it's been so long since i ate properly that i've completely lost the plot as to how to plan a decent nutrition plan.

where to start??

Sounds like you need regular meal times and a routine of eating. Plan 5-6 meal times thru-out the day. Get used to eating at these times every day. Then plan your meals into them, sounds like your not eating regular enough and then binging because your so hungry.
Your peers hate change. It makes them insecure, because they suddenly discover there’s more to you than they were probably willing to admit. They fear that you may actually achieve your goal.

Do you eat breakfast? I found that if I didn't eat breakfast regularly every day then it would generally throw my eating habbits for the whole day out of the window...just a thought if you dont!
