They're all good. Peppers are very good, include them all.

So versatile as well, as they're nice raw in a salad or with dips but also great cooked.

Not keen on them but i do eat them in salads for some reason
"Eat the rainbow" i always thought was quite a good 'motto', i do like them ok scewers as "veggie kebabs".

Spray with oil, scewer and place under a grill and they taste even sweeter.
