Mines 580 per 100g.. How big is the tub? If its normal 340g size, empty it all out and divide into 3 equal portions, just over 100gs.

Did you remove the weight of the spoon in your weighing?

it is very calorie dense , i avoid it.
My posts are all my opinion and based on current knowledge/understanding.

yes i removed the weight of the pot that goes on the scales.

The tub is 1kg. I like it as it fills me up, and trying to get some fats into my diet.

If your scales have 0.1kg resolution, a reading of 0.1kg will be obtained for any weight between 50g & 150g which means that your scales are effectively useless.

I think 2 tablespoons of the all natural stuff that I buy is just under 200 calories. I'm out of it right now, but I can tell you that the almond butter I have is 180 for 2 tablespoons (30g). I know for a fact that there is something wrong in your equation there... most likely your scale/resolution is misleading you (as mentioned above). 1 Tbsp is DEFINITELY NOT 100g... no way in hell... it's more like 15g.

PB is definitely calorie dense... but 100g is a LOAD of the stuff. I'm not sure that I could eat all that in one sitting (okay well I probably could... ).
