Which whey protein - 14 July 2008 23:37
Which unflavoured whey protein should i buy. I am going to buy it from myprotein.co.uk but really dont know which one i need.

I want one that is obviously high in protein and that i can just add to milk and other things to make a protein shake. Im 16 and mainly just want a shake that will benifit me when hitting the gym.

I have seen this and think this is what i am after but im a beginner and so i really dont know what im meant to be looking for. So if anyone could tell me that this is the right product to buy or recomend a different one would be very helpful.

Also i know it is not unflavoured but it is vanilla so i dont mind that is this product any good? It seems to have more protein!

I use my protein, but shop around

Impact unflaboured is great IMO.
My posts are all my opinion and based on current knowledge/understanding.

So i should buy the Impact whey (unflavoured). ?

Also if i take a scoop of this and add it to a blender, I can add other things to that like banana, oats, peanut butter etc right? Can i do the same with the weight gainer?

May be a stupid question but its just so i know for sure.

x2! I've recently gone back to Reflex/Allin1 and v glad I did. my best physique changes happened when on these brands exclusively, could be that training/diet and rest were optimal at this time but I honestly think they made a difference also. I also think as far as bulk providers are concerned; Allin1 may not have a massive line of supps but they defo get the nod from me in terms of quality and service!
Peace be the Journey!
