Well got down to shorts and vest top in the morning but then we had some heavey showers pm.Another really busy day trying to finish the job and i'd already knocked training on the head but when i got got in i had to take dogs straight out as we had veiwings for the property...so that double sealed monday night squats fate.
The further we progress into the week the less likely legs will happen...maybe tonight, but its gonna have to be lunges as getting all the gear in for squats is just too bigger undertaking in the time frame i have in the evening.Maybe the lost session this weekend is lost forever...who knows.

Maybe you'll come back stronger on legs after a rest Optimism!
Thanks for the kind words about the pics. I'm hoping I'll be able to get some good size this next year bulking - yeah, one year bulk I want to hit that stage looking ripped to bits - I've got a really clear image of the way I want to look and it's gonna happen. I'm getting the lard off slowly but surely coz I don't want to lose any muscle at all.

D'you still get any after effects from the steroids? How does your strength feel now as opposed to when you were taking them? Just curious

Concert sounds well cool - did you get stuck in, infront of the stage?

That has to be a unique PB on MT - 'only falling over once' . Things can get pretty wild in the mosh pit, I remember one time in the Leadmill in Sheffield coming out covered in blood, don't know whos it was, wasn't mine
So you're psyching up for a mega weights session at the weekend?

My mate at work brought in the creatine he promised so ive started the load up today ready for saturdays big push.I'm sure i look fuller already but could be my wishfull thinking

That's quick acting creatine . I've settled down now with the creatine bloat - and my backside wasn't too clever whilst the belly adjusted to so much whey. Everything's fine now, just as well, otherwise the social life would definately have had to go on the back burner. The guy that'll be putting me through my paces in the gym sometimes goes to a hardcore gym down London (think his Dad lives down there). I'll have to ask him which one it is. I have a feeling he's going to slaughter me tomorrow

The cloud is i didnt get further than east london this morning cause the trains were screwed. The silver lining is i have a window for a wee drop of training hehe.
Its always a nice feeling once youve made that desicion after much umming and arrging about wether its worth still trying to get to work when the time is approaching that your spose to start and you still aint even left east london. This is happening all too often now on london underground...another fine reason to walk away from london and make a new start.

I love days like today. No work, went and picked up all me supps from postoffice, new cd arrives and i have a session from heaven.
Creatine is definately working, feel and look fuller plus lifts are up quite a bit.I reckon the loading days are best as your putting crea in whilst body is still producing it so double whammy...its a theory anyhow

This session went an hour and half but consumed three tangerines from 50 min onwards to keep blood sugars good.
Bench...i followed rep patterns for last session on the march 29th and today beat them reps on third set by two then by four on forth set then four on last.went like this...
48kgx10/68kgx10/88kgx5 (previousx3)/68kgx12 (previousx8)/68kgx10 (previousx6).
Super setting with...
pullups...close grip no change at 10 reps.widegrip up half a rep too 5 reps.Again five sets of mixed close/wide grip.Bi's now flinching when i tense them hehe.
On too legs...
ext...up 5kg too 105 , reps maintained at 10.so it went20kg/40kg/60kg/80kg/105kg - all at 10 reps.
calfraise up 1kg to 136kg for 10.finished last time on bodyweight for 100 reps and super pump, today finished on 48kg and repped too failure getting 26 reps and very sore pump/lactic burn.
Lastly squats up 1kg too 110kg for 6 reps.went like this..48kgx10/88kgx6/110kgx6...very deep parrallels, very slow and sure with no belt.

got a nice little piccy off to end a wicked session...will be inetesting to get an upper arm measurement the weekend.Excuse the wild eyes and red face i was on a esspresso and guarana buzz

You gonna' have a heavy session today? I've got a rest day today, which I'm not liking! Have to get into the mindset of realising that rest is a vital component in growth. Had a weird dream last night - that I came to your house and sat with your 'daughter' cutting out bits of paper at a kiddie size table....Mmmm maybe it's a premonition - are you planning on becoming a Dad in the near future
Funny you mentioning getting soreness high up in the tri's - that's exactly where I've got it, never had it so high before, but this programme that Lawrence has me on seems to be making bits of me sore that I never realised I had - all good stuff

Right, solid session again today.
Took measurements and pleased to say we have slight increase due to creatine.
Upper arm was 15 and half inch on march 15th now just pushing 15 three quarters.
Calf was 14 three quarters on same date now a full 15 inch with the amazing pump i got today.
Mixed tri work up like this...
pullover with ri bar 20kgx10/48kgx7 (46kgx10 on 2nd april but with EZ bar so..) swopped to EZ bar and got me reps at 10 for 48kg.Then into lying ext and popped an extra kg on previous best from 29th march ie 38kgx9.
super setting all this with widegrip/closegrip pullups again...just lurv these now.
One extra on clsoe grip at 11 reps, no change on widegrip at 5 reps.Followed on with close grip for 7 and 7.
Into legs..1kg on ext at 106kg x 10.
Calf raise ...1kg on again too 138kgx10 twice then repped out to failure on bodyweight and pushed too 120 reps...20 up on last time. This time i went in faster and the pump was so extreme i couldnt put body weight on feet for a while so dangle between two settees till pain went and then carefully stretched.
Finally squat and 1kg up too 11kg for 6 reps twice.
Hour and half again but as per ussual had me tangerines on hand to fuel after the hour.
