God i ached today at work, lucky i had an easy day.I havent had severe bicep domms like that for quite a while.Even had domms in calves when i walked lol.

Stef in a training session which included DL would you just do 2 or 3 1rm adding some weight till failure, or would it be best to pyramid up to 1rm i.e. 5/4/3/2/1 etc??

Also i know what your feeling with the dom's driving my car today was murder on the old chest, lol !!!

Slept really deeply last night waking in the midst of a dream when the alarm went off.All the dreams were really deep mystical type ones.Got nearly 8 hours in last night.

Left the midweek sessions this week as i'm still so beat up lol.Everywhere aches so not a lotta point in doing nuffing till sat or sunday.Might try to split the sessions over two two days again this weekend however i am well aware of the need to rest for one day so will reassess once the weekend is upon us.
On a side note the property i am now doing up belongs to the director of "aliens" hehe.Was up on the roof sorting out brickwork on the chimney yesterday and its one of the highest points in hampstead and all of london.I could see the whole of london in one eyefull.Its funny how you hate it when on ground level but then you get a vantage point like that and you get a funny feeling of belonging....will still be glad of new pastures though.

Hooked into camden last night for a spot of shopping in the form of a top and cd.Jees the heat up there.London stinks in the summer and the underground is a tad beyond bearable.To cap all this i have to put up with plainclothes ticket inspectors three times this week stopping the flow of people to check tickets and creating more holdups ggrrr.Then on my way back i pass too old bill with sniffer dogs and moorgate.Does make you wonder about the state of play in our fair city.I mean we see old bill with semi automatics all the time looking hard strolling around but wat with alcohol now being banned on the trains, its all getting a bit silly aint it.
Keep saying it but cant wait to get out.London will go into melt down and become a complete security zone eventually.
Anyway moans aside hade a great rest this week, no training and works a complete doss atm.So today i'm fully fresh and rearing for two days of balls to the wall training.
Feeling very happy with my size and condition balance atm.Only 13 half stone but all of wat ive got is solid and looking around the bigger geezers i see all carry guts unless there out and out juice heads so i think i'm doing well and am confidant to keep plodding on naturally for slow gains over a long period.
I was thinking i was getting torso heavy on the abs but after watching 300 its reinforced that a guy with higher than average muscle does carry muscle up front and can look a bit pot bellied.My lower abs just started to nick in this morning so i know i aint over doing fat there.
All in all double happy with everything so lets do some damage this weekend.

Uhuuuuh...just upper body, i'm smashed.Focus on tris with a bit on bi's to.Got a superb upper arm pump that reached a tad shy of 16 inch so thats crept up from 15 and three quater.
Bench matched rep/set pattern from march 29th and added 2 reps on highest weight going...48kgx10/68kgx10/88kgx7/then popped another 12 on 68kg at the very end of session.
Supersetted above with pullups not getting progress but maintained all but wide grip attempt short 2 reps.Sets went...closegrip 12/widegrip 3/closegrip 7.
Finished on dips at bodyweight, real slow and deep with good pauses at bottom for 8/8/6.Bench had nicely pre-exhausted tris to get into bodyweight strength rep at overload.

Real happy with that measurement.Dont really wanna get any leaner or put on more general mass, things are progressing nicely.Too get some perspective my biggest ever upper arm measure on gear and higher bf was 16 and three quarter so to gwet just shy of 16 is a real acheivement considering it dipped down to 15 and half at the lul last year.
I think were on the up for real.

not read all the way back mate but sounds like things are going well. will you be staying natural for the forseable future ? i'm hoping to head the other way again for one last try before giving it up as a bad idea

You are quite right NDB, where i had body issues before now i havent and am happy in the body i am.Still can be improved but it aint an all overpowering issue now.I enjoy my training and it keeps me disciplined and in shape so happy daze.
Now you enquire to NDB i'll guess i'll have to post a piccy up in ma new top all ready to hit pub.Had a good night with my missus and her freind.Started in wanstead and crawled it up to leytonstone, three pubs in all.Had a good drink but didnt go mad so am ready to train legs now after a beautiful walk over nature reserve with the muts.

Haha i dont wanna frighten people.I don't even wear me braces now unless i go to gigs cause i was starting to get empty seats next to me on packed trains which is good for room but for the wrong reasons lol.And me docs are only 10 holes, any higher is considered too gay these days .
Really enjoyed todays session.sundays are very busy with her in bed i have to do all the chores and fit training in too so have dinner on the go now and once i've updated this i'm gonna have a glass of red and do me phonecalls to mother et al.
Started with bench flyes as my chest werent that sore and stayed at last sessions weight just going deeper and slower.sets went 8kg warm/12kgx10/22kgx10/22kgx10.
Leg ext up 1kg reps maintained at 40kgx10/60kgx10/80kgx10/109kgx10.
calfraise up 1kg reps maintained at 48kgx10/140kgx10/140kgx10 then into 140 bodyweight reps up 10 reps from last time.Must say these are sloppy and bar used to stabalise does take some weight but the pump is wat i'm after.
Lastly squat up 1kg reps maintained at 48kgx10/88kgx10/114kgx6/114kgx6.

Thats it all done and diderly dusted...off to open ma wine
