Ok to start this off we had better provide some pics to show some sortof progress to date, please bear with me on the quality of some thephotos but i dont own a scanner so some were simply digi-cammed fromproper prints..

The above photo shows me starting my lifting career with a small dog(great if you dont own any weights yet)... i spose it wouldve been acouple years till i started lifting at this point. My weight at thisstage was round 11 stone/height 5 11

This photo is dated feb 04 and shows me after about 2 1/2 - 3 years training.

Shortly after that second photo at the weight of around 13 1/2 stone ifound it extremely difficult to add any more weight to my frame anddone a couple of prohormone cycles but didnt research properly and lostall my meager gains due to lack of pct meds.About this time i stumbledon muscle talk and got proper solid advice on running steriodcycles.Shortly after i did a small oral cycle to test the water so tospeak before embarking on a bigger injectable cycle and the pic aboveis me at about 14 1/2 stone. To date im half way through my second inj.cycle and leaning out at just over 15 stone.I did go up to 15 1/2 butto be honest ive burnt out on bulking now and am sick of all thecalories ive got to injest so after this cycle im gonna have a bit of arest from intense bulking and just maintain what ive got hopefullyleaning out like ive never leaned out before. At the same time im gonnahave a bigger rest from the juice than the "time on time off" protocol, have some blood tests done and generally go back to basics with mytraining.
On an end note im very pleased with my progress overthe last year and its been a welcome boost to my training usingpescription meds but all said and done i think in hindsight i wouldveleft it one more year before juicing as over the last year ive actuallylearnt a lot of methods that i couldve utillised to break my plateua...

Ive always had a healthy appetite but a quick metabolism to match but the amount of food i need to gain any decent weight atall is just crazey and i suppose since ive been trying to bulk since feb my body could just do with a break (not to mention my jaws).
Looking back at my old records (this is quite weird now)ive got a lot of dimensions but apart from upper arm everything needs updating (lucky i started this jouirnal).Iwill include a proper chart listing all dimensions as i get more time.In june 02 ive got a dimension of just over 14 inch flexed increasing to 15 inch by jan 04 , at present it stands at 16 3/4.

welcome to the club LOL.......I hate a fast metabolic rate......I hate eating all the time......sometimes its better just to be a bit smaller anyway..........Im 40 years old and still can lose weight easily....SUCKS when you want to be BULKY...eating 5000+ calories per day can be extremely tiring.

I certainly intend to keep it up fatboy-fat, after all its taken the best part of four years to get this far and the pull of the unknown in the next four is my drive and over this period is where i hope to acheive as much mass as is genetically possible for my frame unnassisted (by this i mean maintained unnassisted). Most of the builds i have aspired to seem to be developed over this sort of time frame of 8-10 years so it seems a good milestone now to stop and take stock.

Those stats work out proportionally right then cause im 5 11 currently 15 stone so by rights with your extra height youll have a couple of stone on me...my legs , if you look back to my b4 training photo, were like bloody sticks m8 and if you look at some of the stats they were lagging...i think the point they started too catch up is when i started squatting but now i need more weight on them and havent got the room for a cage in my present house and wont be moving till atleast beginning of next year.I start a personal training course in march so hopefully ill have time to access the facilities cause i really dont wanna start adding more weight to an upstairs bedroom lol

Hi STEF wicked progress mate nice body thickness and all round size is good no realy out of proportion muscles , only thing i would say is build up your hams and gluts a tad more just to bring them into line with the quads but yeah looking very good.

Yea they look a bit "stickish" in the back shot.Legs have always lagged a bit in comparison to my upperbody development but im currently introducing a range of new excersise for the new year as im not concentrating on eating as much presently and will be training five days a week doin just three to four excersise within each session so i can really push the weight up..hams and glutes aswell quads and calves will be on the hitlist...ive been hitting my tris hard aswell for a few months and seeing results...basically its all out this year, balls to the wall stylee.

So what you using to build your hams mate , since i started SLDL mine have balloned it was a mucle that never realy got worked much so they have grown quick , also GM's are good for your hams but i always get lower back probs with this movment and dont use them anymore.

STEF you say you have been working tri's and getting results , what have you been using and how many sets/reps , tri's is an area which just dont develope for me no matter what

SLDL and GMs...youll have to expand on these m8 as im lost as to what they are lol.I bought a new bench over the hols and can now throw in some legcurls for the leg "bicep" and im looking to introduce box squats and single leg block squats to compliment what i already do (calf raises, leg extensions single/double,squats.
The tricep movements thatve got mine moving are seated dips behind the back (weight lying on the quads),lying/seated tricep extension with the tricep bar and i find variations on the pull up also gives some DOMS in this area along with dips also
