Diet - Training Tips

All, I need to lose 1 and half stone in six weeks.Can anyone please offer advice on my diet with regard to the following : When I should eat - Time of day What I should eat - Food types How I should eat - Frequency during the day I want to be as lean as possible by the end of August and have a flat stomach. Also What cardio should I be doing , how long and how often ? Darm

Why do you need to lose 1.5 stone in 6 weeks? I am assuming this is for a holiday - seems a lot to lose in 6 weeks, diet and cardio are the key. Personally, if you wanted to lose this amount would give a longer timespan, just sort the diet, add in plenty of cardio and some resistance workouts as see how you go. All the best

Hi mate, losing that will be a doddle -- simply do some weights and cardio and diet for 6 weeks. The try carb cycling for the first 4 weeks the n cut out for the last two apart from pre and post workout. Don't worry that it might take 2-3 weeks for your body to adapt as some folk notice zero weight loss at first, then BANG it falls off -- others notice from the get go.
