Oats made with liquid egg whites!? - 15 July 2008 11:45
As the title suggests, has anybody tried this? Would the oats be cooked properly?
Cheers

I have them with oats in my morning shake.

Three tablespoon of powdered linseed.
One tablespoon of mixed sunflower/pumpkin seeds.
Two oranges.
Two bananas.
100 gram Quark
3 egg whites
Two generous handfuls of oats
Approx half a pint of skimmed milk (depending on how thick you want your shake).

Blitz and drink. It's delicious.
