I have them with oats in my morning shake.

Three tablespoon of powdered linseed.
One tablespoon of mixed sunflower/pumpkin seeds.
Two oranges.
Two bananas.
100 gram Quark
3 egg whites
Two generous handfuls of oats
Approx half a pint of skimmed milk (depending on how thick you want your shake).

Blitz and drink. It's delicious.

This involved oats and egg whites and cooking then both together slowly until it became a porrige consistency. If i remember it as quite nice
