I ussed to go to a mixed one but never saw any birds in the weights section. When i go to the gym is to workout, it's my time that's it not to socialise like some people do, it's me time so being surrounded by guys girls both for me is irrelevant

I've only ever trained in an all men's gym and enjoy it and tbh when I train I totally focused on what I do. Wouldn't mind if there was a cardio room full of hotties though

In the free weigts area of the gym it's almost a male only environment and I hate it - smelly, ignorant, inconsiderate fools. At least the females have the decency to return weights to the rack instead of leaving them lying around everywhere and ask if you're using equipment before taking it.

I don't think I've ever trained in a men only gym, although I can't say it would make much difference tbh. My old Gym had a ladies only morning every friday, but I didn't know about it. I used to go in and train there every week, and I always wondered why the women were giving me dirty looks on friday mornings.

I think it might be viewed as a "gay" men only gym which will immediately mean you're aiming at a reduced market so it might not make good business sense.

I'm the only bugger in the free weights room to put all my weights away and politely ask if someone is finished before I dive into the squat rack

They have women only gyms so I see nothing wrong with men only gyms. Would much prefer a mixed gym myself though

There's pro and cons to each scenario Either MW is quality - needs to loose some leg presses so there's more room for oly lifting platforms though.....
