non training day: change diet? - 15 July 2008 14:05
hi all, at the moment im bulking, and am enquiring how people change their around whilst on non-training days?

would i just drop the post-workout shake and leave everything else as it is?

this my current diet:
meal 1 - 100g oats, 30g nutrisport 90+, 1 cup (243g) egg whites, (options sachet) 1tsp creapure

meal 2 - 100g wholemeal pasta/ rice, 100g cooked chicken, 100g carrots

meal 3 - (pre-workout) - 100g wholemeal pasta/ rice, 100g cooked turkey mince breast, 100g broccoli

post-workout - 500ml skimmed milk, 100g banana, 60g nutrisport 90+, 1 tsp creapure

meal 4 - 100g wholemeal pasta/ rice, 1 tin tuna or salmon, 100 cauliflower

meal 5 - whatever I cook or me mum cooks for family

pre-bed - 250g quark, 25g of brazils/ almonds/ waltnuts/ pecans, 7 natures aid 1000mg omega 3 capsules

Deadlift PB (Rest-Pause) 120kg x 5 reps
Dumbell Flat Bench Press PB: 32.5kg x 5 reps
Front Squat: 60kg x 5 reps

yeah just drop the pwo shake

you could replace it with a meal if you like, depends on meal timings
