Vid in my Journal ( Last page ) I did 60 65 70. Should i Try again next week or do 60 65 65 for 1 week and try again ? cheers My Journal

Unlucky mate. How many reps was you going for at 70kg mate? How many reps did you do for 65kg? Defently try again mate, you could try something like this next time, 65kg, 67.5kg 70kg.

Couple of weeks time you should have the 6.
