Tuna main protein intake - 15 July 2008 17:24
ive just been to asda and bought 20 smart price tins of tuna around 185g each. they appealed to me as they are only 35p each. i was just wondering if its ok to consume 2 tins of these a day?

also, does anyone know a quick and easy recipe for tuna to make an effective daily meal for building muscle

You are only as strong as your weakest link

Strengthen the weakest link and you strengthen the entire chain.

Yeh should be no problem being your main as long as its not your only protein source.
Your peers hate change. It makes them insecure, because they suddenly discover there’s more to you than they were probably willing to admit. They fear that you may actually achieve your goal.

Not to invade, it may seem like a bit of a novice question, but why does it matter so much if that is his only protein source?

Because you still need protein sources from else were to build muscle and strength. Have to eat other things as well that the body also needs.
myprotein unflavoured whey 4.54kg
myprotein Glutamine 100% 1kg
I use milkshake powder nesquik for flavouring supplements
tesco multi vitamins and minerals a to z
holland&barret glucosamine sulphate
tesco omega 3

Well i feel its good to vary your protein source as opposed to having just one. Nothing wrong with tuna tho id say the same whether his choice was chicken or beef etc
Different protein sources having different amino breakdown in so good to get a good variety in so you make sure your getting everything you need.
