Calories needed - 15 July 2008 19:32
Is this about right ? 150lbs ,5'8 BF around 15%

This is what a calculator worked out


bmr=1750

cals needed (extra 550) 2300

protein = 900 cals / 225grams 38g per meal

carbs= 1055 cals / 264grams 44g per meal

fats = 345 cals / 38grams 6.3g per meal

looks about right. forget about bmr as is too difficult to calculate accurately. just shoot for 1.5 - 2 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight and work the rest around that.
