New Diet

After I get back from hol I'm wanting to put some mass on, got a diet below and wonder what you lot think of it. 07:00 100g oats or muesli 6 egg whites and 1 whole egg 09:30 175g chicken or tuna apple 5g fish oils 11:30 3 weetabix or 60g oat powder with 8 egg whites or 35g protein (whey and casein) 14:30 150g chicken or tuna 50g basmati rice veg selection 2 fish oil caps 17:00 2 weetabix 30g whey 10g casein 5g peanut butter blend in water 19:30 175g leaan red meat small sweet potato veg 5ml flax 21:30 5 egg whites with 3 whole eggs Obviously after training there'll be a PWO shake which will have pro and carbs in it. My other thoughts are to use this as a base but only have carbs first thing in the morning, Pre WO, and PPWO. Don't want to much much fat on you see. Cheers RACK

Looks fine. Increase carbs as you see fit.
