Well i am no expert but I have read that eventually you will be resistant to the benfits of Caffiene espeacially if you are looking to loose bodyfat, I used to drink loads of coffee a day probably about 20 cups but stopped and have just one cup on CV days about 1 hour before I do CV training, you can really feel yourself sweating before you start. They also say that it can dehydrate you although there seems to be a different opinion to this all the time. Try laying off it and move to herbal teas for a bit and see the benefits, expect some nasty headaches though for a couple of days as your body screams for the caffiene fix.
Commit to the lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed. - proverbs 16:3

Hmm I think there may truth to it affecting insulin sensitivity... I gave up coffee two weeks ago and have put on 4lbs of what seems like muscle and my strength is up....not to mention I feel loads better.

20 cups off coffee a day = problem, 3 cups or so a day no problem.
