How many carbs in veg? - 16 July 2008 13:32

I'm currently doing a keto diet but i'm out tonight for my Mum's birthday.

We're going for a carvary so hopefully I can get plenty of meat and veg on my plate and just avoid the pototoes. The GF always leaves some meat so that should top me up!

But how many carbs are in veg? I'm trying to stay under 30g of carbs a day, but I've no idea whats in veg.

I've also drops the cals a bit today so I can eat a bit more than I usually would for that meal.

Honestly, I will never get my head around why some members get so anal!

I'm not normally so anal but whats the point in doing a keto diet and ruining it by eating the wrong things.

I'm not anal at all.... thats the problem. I've switch to this diet as it gives as it's strict (no carbs) so gives me something to follow religiously.
