Diet and clen - 16 July 2008 16:35
Obviously since trying to lose weight, diet is pretty clean, but how clean does it need to be if using clen?

What I mean is does it need to be spot on all the time, or is there room for the odd cheat meal here and there?

Do you need to cut carbs or fat, or does diet not matter that much as long as your getting enough protein?

Diet as you would to lose fat naturally. If you cheat, then cutting will be non-existant/take longer. This is no different when using clen.
