is it best to go on the bike or treadmill or whatever before or after a work out?

If you're talking about a 'weights' workout, then i'd do the cardio after.

Depends what kind of workout it is and what your goals are.

yeah i mean a weight workout, Is there a reason why you would do it after?

Doing the cardio first could quite possibly impair your weights workout more so than if done the other way around.

There is also the thought that doing it after could lead to you tapping into fat stores more so than before when you're running on a full tank as such.
