Just a reminder that the next NPA qualifier is just over 4 weeks away, and promises to be a corker! At the Benn Hall, Newbold Road, Rugby CV21 2LN (just a couple of miles from J1 of the M6) on Sunday August 17th. Show starts 3pm. Guest posing will be 2 time British Champ Del Galloway, one week out from the World Firefighter Games!!!

A huge thanks to Savant Distribution and EAS for their generous sponsorship once again. Without such support it would be so much harder to put the contest on.

Some great entries are expected, hoping no doubt to follow in the footsteps of Mark Oakes, Paul O'Brien and Ian Munro and become the next overall H of E champ and take home the big Sword!!!

I have been holding off on sending it as i've been worried i wasn't going to get my condition right as it my first time on stage but i think i'm on track so i'm going to take the plunge today and put it in the post, No turning back now!!! Check my journal out page 5 for lastest pics and see if you think i'm on track?

Really wish I was going to watch this one... Alas I'll be on holiday taking a well-earned break

The Juniors class was one of the best of the show last year, really enjoyed it

The H of E was our biggest show last year, I'm sure it will be busy again this year.
I'll post up the poster later. The Lightweights will be a hum-dinger with some top quality physiques entering, I'm sure the Juniors will be good too, James, all the best for the day. Keep your focus!

Its going fine thanks had a rough day yesterday feeling really low on energy I've just got to slow myself down a little. LOL, Looking forward to the last week getting everything ready and hope i get my timing right!
