left and right arms/shoulders quite eneven.
-

Its really doing my head in. My right bicep is quite a bit bigger than my left. After my bicep routine today I can feel more in my left "TRICEP" and shoulder than I can in my bicep. I am not using too heavy dumbells. I am right handed if that helps. Its starting to get a bit more noticeable. Any advice?

It's common mate - especially in beginners. Keep doing excercises like barbell curls/rows and eventually it should even itself out.

as above... train them seperate ie dumbells, because on a bar your using both arms at the same time, and it could be one side ie right arm will be supporting the other ie left arm, so use dumbells so it cant. keep training the same, reps, sets, weight the same for each arm. also look on past post on this.

It's also quit epossible that this imbalance is only noticable to you because you focus on it so much whereas no-one will be able to spot a difference because it's so miniscule. However, if we're talking cm's difference on something like arms then maybe you'vegot a problem. Most people have a more dominant side and are consequently slightly bigger on one side (but only very marginally)
