 Carbs on non weight training days when evening cardio is done

Carbs on non weight training days when evening cardio is done - 17 July 2008 09:23
Hi All,

Quick question..........

Currently on a cut, only eating carbs for breakfast and pre and post training on days I do weights followed by 45 mins low intensity cardio.

My question is on non weight training days when I just want to do 45 mins low intensity cardio how do I adjust my meals? Do I just keep carbs for breakfast and Post cardio and drop the pre cardio carbs and replace with fats?

It depends on the rest of your diet really. I would probably just add the carbs post cardio in this scenario though
