i read yesterday that eating eggs regularly can cause you to become allergic to them. i did not read this in niges article so i assume its not an issue.
no harm to double check though, is it true? ive eaten them everyday for nearly a year now and i dont think ive become allergic to them, but then i dont know what i should be looking for!
