I'm due to go on holiday to Conwy for a week at the start of August, can anyone tell me where I can train while way and does anyone train there too? No Pain... No Gain...

Yeah I train at Well's gym! That's probably your best bet as it would be easier to get to (It's right next to the train station).

There is a Castle fitness in Conwy itself aswell! Top of Mount Pleasant road! used to train there but aint been there for years so cant comment on how good it is!

Well's is top notch though, highly recommended!
