There is 55 grammes of simple sugar in one of these, and 15 grammes of protein. I guess this is suitable only for PWO? Yet it's milk based, so it'll take longer to get in there?

Same for those "Nurishment" drinks, theyre exactly the same ingredients. Too sugary for a snack?

I tried forgoonesshakes as i post workout drink as it does seen to do what is says on the tin,
but like you say alot of the sweet stuff.

ive used these for Postworkout, and just added 1-2 scoops of whey just to get a bit more protein, but just as good on its own

tastes lush
Deadlift PB (Rest-Pause) 120kg x 5 reps
Dumbell Flat Bench Press PB: 32.5kg x 5 reps
Front Squat: 60kg x 5 reps
