Recomendation for MRP / Weight Gainer - 18 July 2008 15:16
Hi all, As title really its a toss up between

My Proteins weight gainer good deal 4 x 2.72Kg tubs for £60

Energy 411.0Kcal
Protein (as-is) 34.0g
Carbohydrates 46.0g

Or

BBW
CNP Pro Mass 4.5kg For £40

Calories 394
Protein 35g
Carbohydrates 53g

I havent tryed either so can i have ytour feedback pls gents ?
I was Currently making my own Via Mp's MRP Then adding OATs (100g) And Malto ( 30-50g)

I would add 1 Scoop whey/IMP as 35g Pro is too low.

Thai / IB - Whats the Carb soruce for CNP ? I know Mp's is Malto/Oats.

EDIT: @ Mp Whats that ration in your weight gainer between the protein's ?

Looking for feedback on taste and results and overall feeling of the product. Thanks

Took a Gamble with the My protein one. Will post when i get it to let yak now what its like.

Personally I never use a weight gainer but if I did I would probably make my own using Express whey, ultra fine oats and maltodextin.

I worked out. The offer MP have works out Cheaper Buying there Weight Gainer than making my own!

no simple sugars or any other junk just high quality protein and oats
