Welcome to my journal!

Background
Started training Winter 06 but had know idea what i was doing. Trained properly since about February/March 07 and eaten reasonably well since about May 07. And really nailed my diet and training and seen the most gains since about October 07. I am bulking btw and will continue to do so until i get fatter than i'd like. Then i'll go on a cut.

The Basics

Age - 18
Height - 6'1
Weight - 210lbs
BF - 15ish%

Measurements (22nd July 08)

Chest - 43.5"
Waist - 34.5"
Biceps - 15"
Thighs - 26"
Calfs - 16"

Lifts
Bench - 97.5kg (5x5)
Deadlift - 130kg (5x5)
Squat - 147.5kg (5x5)
