Some of you may remember me posting a while back about finishing off from MMA indefinitely, basically this was mainly because of work hours being in the way, not having transport to and from training because nobody trains near where I live and the missus complaining I was never around because of training. Since then I have accomplished the following:
1: Gained better work hours due to constant pestering of HR and a sharp decline in the speed I do work (I work in an office).
2: Two friends of mine have recently been bitten by the MMA bug that's sweeping the nation and have decided to train with the guy I had previously trained with, both of them drive so I have transport to and from training now.
3: The missus has said over the last two months or so I have become a little depressed at times and she's starting to understand that MMA wasn't just a hobby it was part of my life, she wants me to go back and do what I love even if it means I'm not around as much.
So lads in short, I'm back

I was aiming to have my first fight on November 29th this year, I don't know if that goal is still realistic as I have been out of training and to be honest a little out of shape (the weight in my signature is a bit dated

) .. but yea I'm back training hard here's my new planned schedule:
Monday - Off
Tuesday - MMA (2 Hours)
Wednesday - Kickboxing + BJJ (4 Hours)
Thursday - BJJ (2 Hours)
Friday - Off
Saturday - MMA (2 Hours)
Sunday - Off
Haven't figured out when I'll be doing my weights and cardio etc etc just yet but will get around to that in the next few days
