hi im currently consuming the following

cal:2615
fat:81
sat:16
chl:308
sod:4888
crbs:286
fib:25
sug:29
pro:203

since i train heavey and am using test 500mg/pw it has been suggested to me that i
need to up my calorie intake upwards of 3000 cleanly.

any ideas of how i can find the extra clean calories my diet is

8:00 bowl of porridge
2 slices of wholemeal toast

10:00 protein shake
2 tuna sandwhiches

13:00 jacket potatoe with beans and cheese or
" " and cottage cheese or
" " Tuna mayo and salad

15:00 oatcakes

17:00 protein shake

18:30 train

19:30 evening meal. nearly always meat and veg combo

20:00 2 slices of wholemeal toast

21:00 bed

Maybe eat nuts?

Some of your meals are missing protein mate. Breakfast, 15.00 and 20.00 for instance
